CIO Advisory Service
The CIO Institute of Australia provides a high level independent advisory service to provide CIOs with assistance in coming to terms with the broad range of complex issues they face.

This is intended to be an addition to (not a replacement for) the normal consultancy and advisory functions appropriate for your organisation.

Advisors may help to expand on or contrast your existing approaches, or may simply provide a suitably qualified, experienced, independent professional to act as a bouncing-board with whom you can discuss and test sensitive issues as they arise.

This service is designed to address the issue that CIOs have few places to turn when they need to discuss emerging, sensitive and structural matters - and yet are under enormous pressure to demonstrate mastery over a wide variety of business and technical issues.

Suitable advisors will be matched from amongst the senior Fellowship of the Institute with total confidentiality. Selection will be made on the basis of skills, knowledge, experience and non-competitive positioning.
