CEO/Board Advisory Service
The CIO Institute of Australia provides an Executive / Director level independent advisory service to assist non-IT business leaders come to terms with the IT related issues they face.

These independent views may support, expand on, or contrast the views held by internal staff, or may simply give Executives and Directors a chance to confidentially explore and discuss their concerns with a qualified, independent expert.

This service is designed to address the problem that non-IT business leadership and governance forums are often presented with technically oriented materials that are difficult for them assess, may have inadequate governance relevance, or worse still, fail to contain the information necessary to execute governance responsibilities.

Appropriate advisors will be selected from amongst the senior Fellowship of the Institute with total confidentiality. Our confidential selection process is based on the appraisal of skills, knowledge, experience, cultural fit and non-competitive positioning.
