Structure of the Institute
The CIO Institute of Australia is an Australian registered company.

The Board of Governors of the International CIO Institute is charged to ultimately oversee the quality, integrity, due process, industry alignment and professionalism of the Institute, and ensure they are consistently maintained at standards appropriate to the Institute’s objectives.

CIO Institute of Australia – Committee Structure

The various Committees of the CIO Institute of Australia are constituted from Australia’s leading CIOs and members of the business community. They are responsible for applying and recommending improvements to the International Standards, Objectives, Protocols, and Operational Scope for the Institute.

The CIO Institute of Australia's Committee members review feedback provided through the organisational structure from the local chapters and make recommendations to changes in the local operation and International Policy in order to keep the institute providing the best possible value of service to its Members and to the Industry in conformance with the Institute’s International Standards..

Intention: To develop and deliver a local Professional Development curriculum in accordance with the Institute’s International Standards.
