Team Development and Management Succession Planning
The Institute services the development needs of Senior IT Executives. Whilst smaller companies may have a single member, larger organisations are seeing value in sponsoring Membership for their IT leadership team. The Institute's structured Continuing Professional Development programs assist in broadening the base of management skills, increasing focus on business management outcomes and highlighting career development paths for the senior team.
Whilst management team structures vary between organisations, it is anticipated that a 200 person organisation would have a single member, a 2000 person organisation would have approximately 5 Institute members, and a 20,000 person company may have 15-20 IT leaders for whom membership would be appropriate. Please enquire about the Institute's special pricing structure to support multiple memberships within a single company.
Institute Launch Events
The International CIO Institute is proud to announce the recent launch of two Australian Chapters of the Institute - The Northern Chapter operating out of Sydney and the Southern Chapter operating out of Melbourne. The two launch events provided an opportunity for interested parties to hear from and speak with members of the Institute's Executive and inaugural working committees.
